Simple superphosphate (SSP)

This fertilizer provides phosphorus needed by all agricultural and garden crops.
Since SSP simple superphosphate fertilizer has at least 12% of the sulfur element in the form of sulfate base and 20% calcium, it is the most suitable and cheapest fertilizer for cereals, oilseeds, sugar beet, cotton, potatoes, and vegetables.

Description

Simple superphosphate (S.S.P) contains at least 22% total phosphorus (Total P2 O5) and 16% water-soluble phosphorus (W/S P2 O5).

Properties of simple superphosphate

Phosphorus is one of the essential elements needed by plants and is involved in all biochemical processes, energy production, and transfer processes.

Also, phosphorus is part of cell protein and has a special role in plant cells.

Phosphorus helps absorb and convert the sun’s energy into chemical energy (photosynthesis) that the plant needs for growth.

It also gives the crops the energy needed to extract all the nutrients from the soil.

This element causes the desired growth and maturity of the products.

Time and method of consumption

Simple superphosphate is applied to crops before planting and during plowing in a deep or strip form.
For use in gardens, it is used as chalk or strip placement.
Due to the high consumption of phosphate fertilizers, it is better to determine the consumption amount based on soil analysis.

Consumption

For use in fields, 150 to 300 kg per hectare.
For use in gardens, 1 to 2 kg as chalk in the shade of the tree (according to the age of the tree).
